This elderberry echinacea syrup is made with echinacea grown right in my own gardens and honey from my own hives. In studies elderberry has been shown to strengthen the immune system and shorten the duration of a viral infection. Echinacea also has similar qualities.

Adults can 1-2 tsp a day as a prevention method. If they are sick they can take a normal dose (1-2 tsp) four times (once at each meal and once at bedtime).
The echinacea was tinctured in brandy. Ingredients: elderberry, echinacea tincture (brandy base), rosehips, orange peel, ginger root, cinnamon, clove, organic honey.
