Comfort Warmable Rice Pack

Soft, cotton flannel-covered rice pack handmade by Susie the Doula. Just throw the rice pack in the microwave for 2-3 minutes (careful - it can get hot!), and then tuck the rice pack around the achy part of your body - whether it’s your neck or feet or lower back. For added benefit, add a drip of your favorite essential oil to the warm bag. Relax into the warmth and be comforted.

Each rice bag is approximately 20” X 4” and is divided into 4 separate (but connected) sections, allowing you to tuck and wrap easily. Note: When heated, the rice pack gives off a delightfully warm ricey scent. The first several times you use it, it will produce some steam as well! Don’t be alarmed. After several uses it will no longer steam when heated. Please be cautious when handling. Depending on your microwave, the bag may heat unevenly, creating hot spots. Make sure you know your microwave. To help prevent uneven heating you can flip or turn the rice pace halfway through heating.
